Refund policy
At Jewelry Touch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, in the same condition that you received it, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.jewelrytouch@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
